Product Description

Molnlycke Mepilex Border Lite is a thin, all-in-one foam wound dressing that conforms to the contours of the body. It is made with Safetac silicone technology, which helps to prevent the dressing from sticking to a moist wound. This keeps the dressing gentle on the wound and surrounding skin upon removal, so the healing tissue is not disrupted when the wound dressing is changed. The waterproof dressing seals the wound margins to help protect skin against leaks and maceration. The dressing is self-adherent, so there is no secondary fixation required. It is also easily lifted and repositioned without losing its adherent properties.
