SoloSite Wound Gel by Smith & Nephew creates a moist wound environment, preventing eschar formation and promoting fast, painless and problem free healing. Sloughy and necrotic tissue must be removed before healing can progress. Solosite Gel gently rehydrates these tissues to encourage healing. Each tube contains 3 oz. (85g) of gel. Ref # 449600. The best wound gel for any sore, any level of break down of the skin. Even on chronic wounds it debrides and cleans away dead tissue fast. Absolutely recommend it for wound care.
