It is inserted into vagina the same way a tampon is inserted, but it works differently in that it gently lifts and gives support to the urethra. • When to call doctor: Pain or burning when urinating, vaginal discharge that smells bad, irritation or itching in vagina, vaginal bleeding not related to monthly period, bladder leakage is not reduced after fourteen days of use
