Initial meter didn't work. I contacted customer service & they replaced meter which worked & my husband was able to use. Excellent monitor & very satisfied with customer service is excellent.

I didn't require any input to purchase this test device. I have been using the Freestyle Lite devices for years since my doctor gave me my first kit. The best thing I like about this device is that it saves about a years worth of information. which I then download to my computer at any time for printing.
