The purpose of this film is to protect the damaged skin and prevent any contact with feces, urine, bodily fluids, friction and tape trauma. The best feature of this film is that since it is alcohol-free, it does not sting when the film is applied of taken off. It has been clinically proven and can be left in place for 72 hours.
