Hollister CalciCare™ Calcium Alginate Dressing is a sterile, reinforced non-woven alginate dressing. It is composed of high G (guluronic acid) calcium/sodium alginate. It is effective against a broad spectrum of microorganisms, provided that it is used only until the recommended wear time. It has an improved wet strength that makes it highly absorbent.
