Product Description

The PROFORE Wound Contact Layer by Smith and Nephew is made of knitted viscose rayon. As a non-adherent interface, it acts as a barrier between the absorbent dressing and granulating wound surface. The dressing can be used with PROFORE Lite, PROFORE LF, and PROFORE. It keeps the wound moist, which prevents skin damage on removal.

The dressing is designed for one-time use only. Its open-knit construction allows the exudate to pass easily. This prevents the dressing from sticking to the wound, which increases patient comfort.
