The Opsite IV3000 Catheter Dressing by Smith and Nephew is designed for one-time use only. It has a REACTIC film with a unique molecular structure that absorbs water vapor and keeps the wound site clean. It minimizes dressing changes as it keeps the skin dry, which improves dressing adherence.

The catheter offers great stability and allows the patient to move freely. Since the catheter is transparent, it can be inspected regularly for phlebitis or infection. The aseptic application of the dressing reduces pain when it is removed, minimizing patient discomfort.
