The ALLEVYN Gentle Dressing by Smith and Nephew is designed for people who have fragile or sensitive skin. The dressing has a soft adhesive, which is made of silicone gel. It helps minimize wound trauma when the dressing is being changed. The dressing easily covers a wound in medium size. The hydro cellular foam layer of the dressing makes it long-lasting and economical.

The dressing can be used on granulating and shallow wounds, surgical, infected, and malignant wounds, donor sites, first and second-degree burns, and acute exudative wounds. The dressing is for one-time use only.
