The Smith and Nephew ALLEVYN Gentle Wound Dressing is ideal for treating delicate areas of the body. It features a soft gel adhesive that helps to hold the dressing in place before secondary retention is added. The signature ALLEVYN triple action technology maintains a moist wound environment to encourage healing, while also providing an effective barrier against bacteria. These bandages were given to me at hospital after I had scraped my arm twice I never had them before but I certainly will if there is another big scrape. Very comfortable, no problem to take off and shower proof. Couldn't ask for any better.
