The Smith and Nephew ALLEVYN Adhesive Wound Dressing offers a unique triple-layered design that is ideal for managing foot and leg ulcers and moderately to heavily exuding wounds. The wound dressing boasts high absorbency, and it has a highly breathable film layer on top that creates a barrier against bacteria and helps to prevent maceration. It comes equipped with a non-sensitizing adhesive that secures it in place quickly and does not stick to moist wounds, making it easy to remove without trauma to the skin. The dressing can be easily cut down to fit awkward areas such as the elbows and knees.
