One of the tube ends (larger) is very difficult to get on to the clear tube and the edge of pretty abrupt against my body. Wish it had a wider flange to be more comfortable. Just OK, no raves. Trying to get the silicon ring off the pump is pretty awkward. Not a big fan overall of the design.

Very easy to use and well made. My condition after prostate removal was good and this vacuum is helping restore blood flow. I recommend this to anyone needing a little help.
