UltiCare U-40 Pet Syringes 29G 3/10cc 1/2" - Half Unit Markings - Case of 5 makes it easier to draw an accurate dose for pets being treated with low or half unit doses of U-40 insulin. When choosing an insulin syringe, always be certain that the concentration of the insulin you are using works with the syringes you are using. The vial of insulin and packages of the syringes will be clearly marked as U-40 or U-100. You never want to mix these. Always use U-40 insulin with U-40 syringes.

I bought these after my diabetic cat's veterinarian office increased the price to $47 for 1 box. In all honesty, I wouldn't be able to afford the costs of having a diabetic cat and ADW has the best prices on supplies. The syringes are the exact same ones I buy and I definitely bought the 5-pack. The syringes work well, except for a very low percentage of them that came with a tight rubber insert, which is not big deal at all. Placing the order was a breeze and it was delivered in a timely manner.

Rubber insert to tight pull out of plastic. Push extremely hard compared to last couple of orders.
