Time is running out for the chance to nominate your favorite Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE). The final day to submit your nomination for the CDE of the Year Award is November 30, 2007.

In just 250 words or less you can send your CDE on a 2 night / 3 day stay at the Boca Raton Resort and Club in Boca Raton, FL. There is no purchase necessary to enter to win.
