Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chilled skim milk or plain lowfat greek yogurt
- 1 packet of artificial sweetener
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 cup blueberries Fresh or if you prefer a “frosty” drink add Frozen Blueberries
Directions
- Combine 1/2 cup milk or yogurt, 1 packet sweetener, 1/2 tsp vanilla and blueberries in blender. Blend until thick and creamy.
