ADW Diabetes supports the Naples Diabetes Conference hosted by Help A Diabetic Child and the Greater Naples YMCA. This amazing conference brought together doctors, researchers, medical experts, patients, parents and caretakers. The conference discussed, answer questions, and educated anyone who was affected by Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes. This all-day event held on Nov 2nd 2016 had medical experts discussing topics ranging from Type 1 Research to Understanding Your Options.

David Baidal, MD – Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Division of Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine and member of the Diabetes Research Institute Islet Transplant team.
Sureka Bollepalli, MD – Pediatric Endocrinologist at the University of South Florida, College of Medicine.
Michael Haller, MD – Chief of Pediatric Endocrinology at the University College of Medicine
Henry Rodriguez, MD – Professor of Pediatrics at the University of South Florida, Director of the USF Diabetes Center, and PI of the USF TrialNet Clinical Center.
This is the second year that ADW Diabetes has attended the Naples Diabetes Conference and was honored to participate in the well organized and valuable event for the diabetes community.
