I was diagnosed at age 20. Have found many difficulties throughout the years, but have a healthy son, after having a still birth with my first baby, in 1984 because of an ignorant Doctor. Sometimes get really frustrated and tired of living with the pump and the insulin and the finger sticks and the Doctor visits, but I have no health problems from the Diabetes so far….
