Chicken & Fruit Kabobs Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 2 small bananas
  • 3 medium peaches, pitted
  • 3 medium plums, pitted
  • Vegetable cooking spray
  • 1 tablespoon of curry powder
  • Mustard-Leek Sauce (see below)

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pound of chicken pieces, skin removed
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1/3 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

Champagne Imposter- Simple and Easy

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup chilled, unsweetened apple juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup club soda
  • 1 Champagne or Wine Glass

  1. Chill champagne or wine glass.
